Installing the Printer Driver

Windows

Select Local Printer, then click the

button.

Select a printer port, normally LPT1 for local printers.

Click the button.

The Select Printer Model window appears.

Click the button.

Note:

A screen will appear with Generic PostScript

Printer highlighted. Do not select this printer.

The Browse for Printer screen appears.

Select the folder directory where the PPD files are

stored. On the CD-ROM they are under

D:\English\PS\Setup\Windows (where "D" is your

CD-ROM driver).

The printer models are also displayed.

Click the button.

Browse...
